Pornfrls Have used Mega a lot. If you have a Mega account (or choose to create one) you can transfer the shared files / folders to your cloud drive almost immediately and then watch / download at your leisure.
If you DL with a free (or no) acct, you get second tier access to Mega’s bandwidth. I think this tier is called ‘Toilet Scum’ or possibly ‘Non-premium’. It means that, as long as there is plenty of trunk bandwidth in your physical area, you’ll be able to DL at a good speed. Sometimes, I’ve DL’d 1+ GB files without issue.
Other times, the DL just stops and sits there. The trick is to Pause the DL, wait a few sec and then restart it. It should DL a few 100 MB before falling over again. So, you have to check on the DL progress every 5-10 min. Unsurprisingly, it’s worse on weekends.
