Uncutusa8 I don’t think so. The tip of her tongue doesn’t show any signs of that.
I assume that you’re referring to the obvious crease down the middle of her tongue. That forms when the two groups of muscles on either side push together when the tongue is extended. It can be really prominent in some people.
