Yeah, I can’t see anything other than the static thumb in that reddit post. The original has been deleted along with any link to a gif or video.
Fortunately I recognise the couple and have found the source.
The whole scene is worth a watch. Starts off with finger insertion then switches to oral with lots of nibbling & pulling plus plenty of tongue action on his foreskin overhang. You already know what happens at the end.
