For those that might be interested, I recognised the scene as one that I’d seen ages ago so I did some digging.
The DVD was originally produced by Dreamroom Productions in 2012 and released for the US & international markets by Caribbean. The original title is 北条麻妃の筆下ろし自宅訪問 which translates as ‘Home Visit by Hojo Maki’. It is uncensored but doesn’t have embedded or supered subtitles.

The original is just over an hour long, the extra 15 min being sex with the pro actor who was sitting behind the curtain waiting to jump in if the virgin failed to perform.

Japan HDV have presumably bought or licensed the title (which happens with lots of older professional studio porn) and added the English subtitles. They probably released their version in 2017.
Zenra have subsequently also released a subtitled version but of the full 1 hour scene in 2020.
