It’s a network issue somewhere between your device and the machine you’re trying to connect to (web server).
If it’s only happening with porn sites that would suggest some sort of blocking - either by your service provider or some software on your device.
First thing to try is the old shutdown & restart. Reboot your router and any wifi extenders / mesh too as they can get confused sometimes.

Second thing to try is a different browser. If you’ve only got the one that came with your operating system, you’ll need to download and install another such as as Google Chrome or Firefox. You don’t need to sign up for any accounts or login to an existing one.
If you still have the issue than you will probably need to change which DNS server your router gets its mapping from. You’ll need to login to your router via a browser. The address will probably be something like 192.168.0.1 or 10.0.0.1 - probably on a sticker on the bottom. You can check what it is via the command prompt - google how if you need.
Then you’ll need to locate the DNS settings for your internet connection and change them to either Cloudfare (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) or Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).
