circedone not necessarily as he still has his foreskin i.e. he would still have a piece of skin covering his glans even when erect for flaccid so I wouldn’t call that a proper circumcision, maybe a partial circumcision at best bit more likely its like a overhang reduction surgery or a similarly vague name. It would be like calling a trimming haircut to going bald.
