Anyone had this procedure? No frenulum but still have your foreskin? I’m curious as to how it works and looks afterwards

I’m not saying I am doing this.. though if I needed to, I would. It’s a legitimate procedure. I’m more curious as to how it would change the function of the foreskin. I would definitely consider getting it if it meant that my foreskin would completely retract on its own.

It can be done for premature ejaculation. Major tears. Frenulum breves. Cosmetics. Disfigured penis. A way of releasing phimosis or paraphimosis. I’m curious as to how it changes how my foreskin would react since it’s kind of the tension that helps keep the foreskin forward and retract.

Agree on this. I was with a girl who liked to get on top and ride my erection, without inserting. I joked that we were “clit to clit,” because my frenulum was in direct contact with her clitoris.

Why would someone do this?

I had this done about 20 years ago when I was 19. Although the procedure was called a frenuloplasty. My frenulum was short and it was cutting during sex and masturbation. The result looks almost identical to a fully intact penis, just without the frenulum connecting be glans and the shaft. I didn’t notice any loss of sensation. That area continues to be very pleasurable. No more tears, and the foreskin slides forward and back easily. You can honestly barely tell that anything was done except if you look closely there’s a faint white scar line where there used to be my frenulum. No complaints.

andy83 yes that’s when it’s cut to relieve a breve. This is when fully removed. Does your foreskin retract further and easier now? More or less over hang?

It retracts fully, but always did. The difference is that now when it’s fully retracted it doesn’t pull the glans downward because it’s no longer connected by the frenulum.

I would say no change to overhang. It’s always been minimal and I don’t think that changed at all with the surgery.

I had this done. I am circumcised and had a ton of frenulum left. It was large and pronounced so much to the point where it would get irritated. It’s not completely removed, but it’s like 85% gone.
