Talk by the guy is not the same as no talk. Personally, I am also not interested if it’s just talk from the guy and no subsequent play from the lady(ies). However, some ppl like relevant talk, even if it’s only from the guy.
It’s definitely not worth creating a separate tag for but it should be noted in the Discussion title, or at least the OP, if all of the talk is by the guy.

Agree. It should be clear so that those people who are not interested in it don’t have to scroll through the video to x min and y sec only to be disappointed.
