This whole thing is false, it was just some marketing gimmic cooked up by some private circumcision clinics in Japan to sell their product as it wasnt popular, but first they had to manufacture a problem.
First off in the 1st (top) diagram in the 1st image they claim that according to them a normal penis should always have the foreskin retracted and the glans exposed, even when flaccid. This alone exposes their biases and lack of knowledge.
2nd of all the definition of phimosis as stated by the international medical community as well as the Japanese department/ministry of health is the inability to retract the foreskin and nothing else. The definition and classification is based on the functional capacity of the foreskin, not on its position and aesthetic. Correlation is not causation. So if you’re foreskin can be retracted you do not have phimosis as per recognised definition and parameters.
3rd of all why would having a covered foreskin on erection be a bad thing? You get more flexibility on the position of your foreskin with which you can regulate the level of stimulation you are receiving and hence you can regulate your stamina. Plus during penetration (be it outer or intercourse) the foreskin gets automatically pulled back anyways so no functional issue there either.
This is just a marketing scam, and of those people who actually made those claims, most of them would not be able to hold their own in a discussion on this topic of foreskin positioning.
