Im a 30 years old guy and i always wanted tu cut my dick but now i am in a dilemma to do it or not ?? Is there any consequence if i cut it?

Shaoo when I was much younger I wanted to. Being born in the 80’s and living in the Great Lakes area of the United States might as well be Tel Aviv from the few intact cocks from boys my age. Looking back in those days I was a total idiot for thinking that and I’m so proud I decided not to butcher myself.

I’m 36 and I was circumcised loosely with the scar at base of penis to retain inner foreskin about 9 years ago or so. I still jerk off using my remaining foreskin and sometimes I’ll use lube for extra fun but I think I have the best of both worlds. I don’t think I’d be happy if it was a tight circumcision tbh. DR Eid in NYC was the one who did it.

Shaoo It’s a choice that you can make and that’s the point. I’d say if it functions well and you don’t have hygiene issues then keep your foreskin. If you want to get a circumcision then do your research and make sure that’s what you want. Don’t do it for anyone, only you can make that choice.
Mattxxx I always thought that was a cool circumcision lol. So basically your head is somewhat covered when soft and hard you don’t look circumcised, it just looks like your foreskin is retracted? Curious to know how they actually turn out and function.
I’d also love to hear what men who have been circumcised as adults have to say, I have an appointment to get circumcised in November - no real issue down there except during sex I have a little pain sometimes at the frenulum during intercourse, but not the worst pain. Doctor recommended frenuloplasty but since they are going down there anyway, my wife and I wondered why not a full circumcision…so that’s how I got to the appointment in a month.
Would love to know the pros/cons of adult circumcision (from folks who have had it done, not just read about it) - thanks!!
jb0422 gotcha, my frenulum is tight due to ladies being rough over the years. I had a partner that preferred circumcised cocks so she would aggressively hold my skin back or have me hold it back the whole time.. got to the point where I was in the situation of getting snipped or moving on. Moved on.. I have scaring .. just not the one she would have liked for me to have lol

Forgot a couple of things:
- The inner foreskin has receptors for estrogen. The purpose of these is not known, but it IS known that minute doses of estrogen in a man’s bloodstream reduces his risk of coronary heart disease.
- According to the female pornstars frequently cited on this forum, anal sex is not as enjoyable without a foreskin.
- 9/10 women experienced with intact and circumcised partners prefer intact over circumcised. That’s the O’Hara study.

DustyTrombone2 read it again. I said sometimes I use extra lube. .. yeah just the edge of my head is covered when soft and when I’m erect it looks like my foreskin is just pulled back since it bunches up a little on the shaft. I’m happy I still have my inner foreskin. I’d be happy to share more details/photos if people have actual questions

intact I can definitely see that. Makes sense. Pretty much every long term partner verbally say it at some point and I can physically feel the inner lips sealing around my foreskin when it comes to penetration keeping everything clean, sensitive, comfortable and wet .. as far as anal.. never been a fan. Idk if it’s because I tend to be with smaller women and have some girth but it’s borderline torture and once I’m in with the help of the foreskin, I must say, I just don’t feel it that pleasurable. You’ll lose sensitivity. There’s more nerve endings in the foreskin than in the head of the penis. If the main issue is a tight frenulum get some vitamin e oil and start a gentle stretching regimen. In my experience women who get in a relationship with an uncut guy wind up preferring it.

I should chime in here, too…I wasn’t circumcised at birth and got it done after being sexually active. I was 23 when I got it done. I am 38 now. no real loss in sensitivity from what I notice. I think it looks great now. I don’t have regret, but do miss it from time to time. I wasn’t comfortable with it then, but now that I’m older I imagine I would be fine, or borderline proud, of it.

IMO it’s a kind of coping strategy for having made a mistake (getting circumcised) that cannot be reversed.
The human mind can’t accept that, so it seeks validation. Denial of the obvious (I don’t miss any sensations!) is one symptom; encouraging others to follow (DM me for more details!) is another.
A forum like this is full of non-circumcised males, most of them American and vulnerable to concerns about not being circumcised. It’s a target-rich environment for seeking more converts, and more validation.
