Yeah, it's a bollocks list with quite a few contradictions where girls who he has tagged as preferring circumcised have said the opposite on video (and I don't mean as part of a scene where it might simply be progressing the story).
Looking for a tweet with one of the target words is not exactly a method of data collection that is founded on good science or mathematics. There is no context for the tweet, including any prior conversation leading to it. Models may simply be expressing a preference based upon what they think the asker wants to hear. To be truly representative, models should also be given a choice of "no preference" when asked so that they don't feel forced to pick one or the other when they really aren't fussed.
Lastly, this data has been collected and collated by someone who clearly has an agenda to "prove" that their hypothesis is true and, much like a significant section of the US medical conglomerate who keep trying to prove that mutilating babies' genitals is the only way to stop us from all dying of AIDS, the, er... conclusions thus drawn from this must be held to be highly suspect.
