Yeah, thank dog you did. I wanted to but didn’t have the time to start one up from scratch. Happy to pitch in here.
The yahoo group had a message board that was a single thread of posts. You could reply to an existing post (with inline quoting) or post something completely new. From memory, you could upload pics to a gallery but everything else was just external links.
I didn’t think to see if the Wayback Machine had snagged any pages. Oh, man. Just seeing that homepage makes me feel a tiny bit nostalgic. You won’t be able to log in because it’s just a copy of html, no MySQL or whatever it used. Plus, if it wasn’t visible to guests and crawlers then it won’t have been captured - you couldn’t see anything beyond the homepage without logging in.
