drat Yeah, I heard that too but put it down to him either being taught English by an American or having spent time there (like the mid-Atlantic accent some US & English actors have because of how long they’ve spent in the other country). When he says “excited” at 1:39 it sounds very Dutch or poss west German. However, when he speaks at the beginning he sounds Irish, like Liam Neeson.
I have thought about this too much…
