This is common in a circumcised penis as the removal of the foreskin physically reduces the volume and percieved thickness of the shaft…. making the head look larger.
However TheSpaceBimbo only refers to a ‘mushroom head’ which can be used for both intact and circumcised penises as a mushroom head is mainly focused on the glans alone and is generally defined as a glans that is shaped like a mushroom… a secondary feature is also that such heads are also noticeably more swollen/engorged than the glans of a regular penis but unlike a ‘mushroom penis’ the glans is not disproportionately larger than the shaft and neither is she shaft overwhelmingly thinner than the glans. This means that a penis with a mushroom head need-not look like a mushroom penis as the glans : shaft ratio is still pretty similar with the glans just being slightly larger than expected.
