In my experience it is much more common for a woman to express her preference for cut/uncut than for her to specifically ask a guy to get circumcised.
There was a previous thread about what women have said about your uncircumcised penis and as I wrote there, I’ve had many women mention my foreskin or surprise that I’m not circumcised. In most cases the mentions were somewhat negative, implying that the girl prefers a penis that is circumcised, but that was certainly not always the case.
I can only think of 3 cases where the girl asked me to get a circumcision.
In one case, the girl was Bengali Muslim and was quite open in her preference for circumcised men. She took me to sex shops to show me that dildoes are circumcised because “no girl would want foreskin if they had the choice.” She pulled out my penis in front of one of her friends once saying that she wanted to show her how big it was. But as soon as she pulled it out she said to her friend “oh, look. The only thing is that he was never circumcised for some reason, lol”. And her friend looked at it with a frown and said “let’s get some scissors from the kitchen, we can fix that for him”. Almost like they’d agreed in avance to do this. Even though she would happily give me head and she was good at it, she would mention occasionally that I’d get more head from her if i was circumcised, because it’s impossible to make an uncut dick smell as clean as a cut one.
Another girl who specifically tried to convince me was a recent immigrant from Poland who had been dating some American guys. When we first got naked she was surprised that I wasn’t cut and said she thought all guys had it done in America. She said she liked it better because it was cleaner, and thought that any girl who had tried it would feel that way too. She would often say that I “should do it. It’s better, you’ll like it.” But eventually she said she changed her mind and liked mine the way it was. Whether or not that’s how she really felt is impossible to say.
Finally, another girl didn’t like to give head and when I asked her why she commented that “yoi have a lot going on down there.” When I asked if she was talking about my foreskin she said “I love to give head, as long as everything is clean cut”.
Another girl had asked if I would have my future sons circumcised and said that she would because she thinks it looks nicer, but stopped short of asking me to do it.
Other girls stated surprise or their preferences but never specifically tried to convince me to change how mine is.
