When I first saw this vid today I thought it was just another circumcised dude, but something seemed odd about it. Vid quality is not great but on close inspection as she’s jerkin him, there appears to be no scaring and you can’t see a hole on the head of the penis (as though skin is covering it). I could be wrong, but it looks like the skin is wrapped around the head so tightly, it appears he’s circumcised but I think he has serious Phimosis. Any thoughts?
